The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), in collaboration with the Executive Bureau of the Council of Ministers of Labour and Social Affairs in GCC States, organised a workshop to discuss draft guidelines for enhancing gender equality and balance in GCC labour markets. Prepared as part of the GCC Labour Ministers Committee’s strategy for 2024–2029, the guidelines were reviewed alongside national and international experiences to develop their content in line with the needs of Gulf labour markets.
