Users should not violate or attempt to violate the applicable procedures and regulations in effect to protect the website, which include but are not limited to:

Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the PCHR system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation by the ministry;
Attempting to interfere with services provided to any user, host or network, including but not limited to submitting a virus to the site, overloading, ‘flooding,’ ‘mail-bombing,’ or crashing the site.
Sending unsolicited e-mails, including promotions or advertising of products or services, forging any TCP/IP packets, headers, or parts of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Using PCHR ’s website, by any means whatsoever, to send an e-mail on behalf of the site, by referring to it, or assuming the identity of its name, involving offence or defaming the PCHR , the website or any person employed by PCHR , announcing any false news or information and fraudulently ascribing it to the PCHR . You shall indemnify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, its directors, employees, and agents against any loss incurred due to your use of this website.

Violation of these terms of use may result in civil or criminal action. The PCHR will investigate such violations and may legally prosecute users involved in such violations.
